Love this ice cream machine

Great machine.

All in all, it's a very nice machine.

We have LOVED this ice cream machine and use it frequently

The machine worked great for the first 6 batches over the first week of ownership.

We absolutely love this machine.

All machines eventually fail, so it'll be interesting to see how long this unit lasts (considering the $340 price tag), and to see how responsive Whynter customer service is when repairs or replacement parts are needed.

This machine is so convenient in the way it makes ice cream, I just hope that it a coincidence that it quit working and not because it isn't beefy enough

Now I'm off to spend more money on a more reliable machine because I don't think I can enjoy store-bought ice cream now that I've been making my own for a few months

This is a great ice cream machine

I was tickled pink how incredibly simple and quick this endeavor was (machine does all the work) and keeps ice cream keeps cold until you're ready to serve

but I digress)This machine is quiet.

Still hunting for a freak chocolate icecream recipe but the machine is great.

I have no idea why the parts cannot be shoved in the dishwasher - it's not like they're make of butter, but for the price, I'm not willing to risk the machine.

I highly recommend this machine, it has a relatively small footprint and usually completes a batch in 30-35 minutes, depending on how cold I get the mix before pouring it in

Both machines are costly.

Another word to the wise, the machine will keep the ice cream cold up to 10 minutes after it turns off

However, over time this machine will drive you crazy because the minute you walk away, you'll come back to find the machine no longer spinning because the arm is stuck against the side of the bowl, unable to move the frozen mix stuck to the inner wall of the bowl

Folks, this sweet machine is worth the extra $$$ (the best feature out of so many, is that it keeps your ice cream creamy cold until ready to serve)

This machine is whisper quiet, too

Being diabetic and having a surplus of fresh milk we are using this almost daily right now so also saving on our ice cream purchases making DELICIOUS fresh, sugar free iceream which all of the family enjoys as often as they can

We used to have a cuisinart that only made about 1.5 quarts but we like this taller one more as it makes more ice cream and it takes up less space.
