I used this about 8 times and it worked great

Next time it stopped, it was at least more frozen, but still much less frozen than it should be

I bought this as a Christmas present and we’ve used it several times and have enjoyed the results every time.

The only thing that I don’t like is the time that it spends to make the ice cream.

If your ingredients are cold (should not be frozen) when they go into the churn bowl, it can take substantially less time than the 60 minute timer is set to default for.
