UPDATE: I successfully linked Smart Life to Alexa, but needed to delete and reinstall my Alexa app (iOS)
Anything that turns on by plugging it in works with the Smart Life app
Aside from that, the product seems to be functioning as intended (using the Smart Life app)
After plugging it in, I installed the Smart Life app and added it there, then found the device on my Alexa app and was able to rename and control everything through Alexa
There were no setup instructions included, so you'll have to follow the instructions in the Smart Life app from the iOS app store

I did not use the USB ports besides charging my phone a couple times, worked great and a fast charge
The 4 extra USB ports are convenient as well.
