, the bottle was fine, when I slightly thickened the far too thin batter, nothing would come out, when I checked for lumps, there were none, put the cap back on, gave it a shake and a slightly harder squeeze, and once again, just like with the frosting & melted chocolate, the cap went flying off into the hot oil, the batter in the bottle partly splattered into the oil, partly onto the stove.
