This is a great charger that works exactly as advertised for my Samsung Galaxy S8 and my son's Samsung Galaxy S7

I still have trouble because I use a thick case for protecting the phone so the wireless chargers don't work.

I have a Note 8, with an original Samsung Protective case, and if the phone is in the case the phone will not charge at all on this charger

This is the 3rd wireless charger I've purchased...and the first that charges through my tough phone case

My phone gets lukewarm when charging with the protective case installed on the phone

Almost hot enough to burn, but not enough to damage the plastic casing

The LED light is blue, then it turns green when you put the phone on it

If I don't have the phone exactly centered on the charger, the charging connection will terminate in the middle of the night, causing the charger to blink a bright blue light

the minimal design, size, and the led light turn from blue to green when charging

Only knock is the light that indicates that its charging is kind of bright

Just be aware if you have this charger on your nightstand, the LED light is pretty bright at night.

My hope is that this replacement doesn't harm my phone battery and decrease the life of the phone and it's ability to hold a charge.

And now at night, in 6 hours of sitting unplugged on my night stand with no use, all apps closed, the phone now drains battery like crazy

Phone can charge, I can monitor messages, and I can listen to music without killing my battery all at the same time

I can set the phone display to always on, plop it on the charger and not have to worry about draining battery power by end of day

Thanks to the people who answered my questions as to whether this would work with the LG V30 - IT DOES!Does not charge as fast as with the cable direct, but it does full charge within 3 hours from 10%.Not to direct charge a cable to the phone was most important to me as I have had trouble with the port of her prior LG G4.Like noted in a previous review - The cable does not go into the charger 100%, but it does fit & is also smaller than the OEM LG charging cable

Loved the follow up email with tips and reminder about 18 month no hassle warranty

Seemed to work fine up to 2 and a half months

Garbage, didn't last 3 months before it stopped charging phone.

I did receive an e-mail from the supplier indicated there is a 36 month "No Hassle" warranty and that they promised to respond back in 24 hrs if a problem did occur.

My only complaint is the glowing strip at the base of the unit is too bright in a dark room

Not so bright in a dark bed room where I have it on my night stand.

It is VERY bright for those that light to sleep in a dark room.

Oh yes one thing the little light at base can be bright at night if your room is total darkness

The charge indicator light is very bright and overwhelms a dark room.
