I must be getting old, cuz I find myself more often than ever, saying things like, "how can they produce this technology for this cheap?"

The device, the camera, is easy enough to use and comes with a few clever things, like taking the photo with the power switch so you don't have to move the microscope, and a few other things.

This thing is a complete scam.

its not stiff when it holds things and can lead to you focus changing and the thing your looking at gets blurry

The microscope worked perfectly to zoom in on the trichomes and get a clear picture directly on your phone.

Picture is awful and far from resolvable at any but the weakest magnification

I've used many microscopes like this in the past, but it's always difficult transferring pictures to other devices or sometimes it's even challenging just to take pictures in the first place

In sum, if you suffer through the frustrations of trying to guess what the manual and app are trying to communicate, and suffer through the frustration of trying to focus without losing sight of the subject you're trying to image with many repeated efforts, you may get some decent pictures

I am currently using a generic software for this device and for what i need it for, it's fine, but I am missing out on features because it would require the OEM software for all function
