A cheap lavalier will do better job, just get an 3.5mm extension cable and you will get better audio quality

Having consistent audio quality while walking around is really nice compared to a shotgun or on-board microphone!

the plug and play nature and great sound quality straight out the box competes with systems costing five times as much

The sound quality won't blow you away but it certainly gets the job done, and while the audio will occasionally cut out if you are a good distance away from the receiver, once you learn the limitations of the product it works pretty well

The sound quality is too poor for me to use for producing serious videos, and the headset is far too large to fit my head and it cannot be adjusted.

Onto the item... Item is defective as the lavalier mic cable connection seems broken as it makes lots of noise due to bad contact when moving the cable.
