Not that annoying, I know now that the super loud ding sound strikes after hitting the ‘Lower volume’ button the 10th time so I just know to only ever press
The headphones have great sound and good volume control
Only criticism is that SUPER LOUD DING sound to alert you when you’ve hit the lowest volume setting (ironically pings super loud when you hit the lowest volume setting)

I have owned this set of headphones for 5 months and they work as well now as they did on the first Day
The new set arrived within a few days and worked as advertised.
Love them, sound is better than the other expensive pair I bought plus the headset is more comfortable than the expensive set
My previous set from another different brand, were very good but the inside of the headphones started to peel off and it was a big mess every time I used them
Contacted Artiste and explained the problem and after a few attempts to correct with their instructions, which were unsuccessful they sent me a new set that worked good just like the first two sets.

when you first put the headphones on and activate, the volume level goes to a pre-set level, it may hurt your ears... so be advised that you need to re-adjust the volume before donning them
Husband tried them last night and thought they were the greatest ear phones.
Us for TV, hearing loss in right ear, I can hear and understand the dialogue.
The headphones also have an EXTREMELY loud beep once the volume on the headphones has been maxed out if the headphones are on your head when this happens it will hurt your ears

Headphones very comfortable to wear could sound volume button just a little bit hard to find and adjust sound When they are on your head
I did have a bit of trouble getting these to work with my old TV, but one email exchange cleared it all up!
The set up was a bit tricky but after that, it has been smooth sailing.
These seem to e easier to place in the recharging cradle
After trying to set up this product on multiple TVs using the necessary connections for each TV we tried, we still couldn't get it to work even the slightest bit.

I bought this item for my father that has a real hard time hearing
The first time the headset cracked within 9 months (not quite as stylish with duct tape), then the charging connection became really finicky - had to be set
The sound quality on these headphones are amazing compared to others we have tried and my Grandma had the biggest smile on her face the first time she tried them out!
W e love these headphones so much, and have referred them to others.
Purchased for my father who is 70 and has a hard time hearing, he loves them!
