I have a thick case, which is great for protecting my phone from knocks and falls

My phone has never fallen off, and it is the perfect hands free solution.

Depending on how your car/vehicle operates, if you are using the A/C for cold, your phone will not like it

I placed the magnetic piece between my iPhone and the case, not using the adhesive options included (I didn't want to permanently damage my phone or the case) and it still held without any issues

I have a silicon phone case and it doesn't stick as well as other phone cases

However, I suggest taking off the cover of your phone if it’s gets too heavy because the magnetic pull might not be as strong and your phone will keep falling

I purchased 2 WizGear air vent mag phone retainers, they do not keep the phone stabilized unless your air vents are frozen in place

Another issue I had was that the phone gets very hot when the heat is on, because even when the vent is 'closed off', it still emits a little bit of heat.

If the car jerks the phone with plates in the case falls but it could also vary from how thick the case is

I was worried the magnet would affect my phone, it has not, and my phone is so easy to access with this.

When I’m place on the mount, My phone mostly blocks the vent (which I was aware would be the case) and the weight of the phone causes the vent louvers to turn down so that the air whether Hot or cold , goes downward and I can’t direct it where I want it
