My kids have used these TWICE and the sound won’t work now

I love these I have purchased other brands before and in weeks have broke being able to attach these with a real attachment makes a huge difference picture quality is good the remote helps a lot my kids love these only thing I would recommend is volume being a little louder but not a big deal.
