I definitely recommend this product and the Nike training game.

If you're not in good shape, you'll still get a good workout, but don't let the trainer push you too intensely or you'll burn yourself out and quit using the program.

Nike-fit is actually a great workout but because my living room is small, the Kinect had a hard time recognizing me during the floor exercises.

Every week the drills get a little longer, they do introduce a few new workouts as time progresses, and the number of reps and time of each drill is almost triple to when I began 2 months ago

but if you haven't worked out in a long time, if you're not very coordinated, I would try something else to get yourself into better shape and used to working out your body then try this, otherwise you will likely be unable to do a lot of the workouts in this game and it could become a deterrent to your goal of getting into shape

It's not as fun as those "games" for sure, since it's a serious work out program, but it's still encouraging enough to motivate me to do it

Sensor tracks your movements so accurately - which ensures you are completing the training drills the right way.

The kinect tracking isn't perfect, there's at least a few times in a workout when the game thinks you're doing something you're not, like it will say "make sure your arm is straight" and my arm is as straight as it could possibly be, or sometimes it will register 2 or 3 reps when you only did 1, so it's not perfect but if you are honest with yourself and do all the reps it asks you to do and you're doing the workouts the right way, it's not that big of a

In other regards, the game does adjust to the player's abilities somewhat and keeps reasonably good track of the movements and progress overall

They both enjoy the game as it keeps track of progress and gets on to you when your not preforming

With all the other gaming consoles available, this was a huge disappointment and I wouldn't purchase again.

Love the Kinect for the interactive games and love access to NetFlix and Hulu.

The Kinect is not a gimmick, it the coolest controller on hte market.

Also, if the trainee is exhausted and unable to match with the game, the workout is not altered and the game is unable to respond to such a scenario
