The controller I received might as well have been new it was in such great condition.
It was in good condition, but I paid for a brand new controller and received a refurbished one

Worth the same day shipping, arrived when i woke up, no buttons are sticky, product is very clean
"Microsoft" builds inferior products and get all the parts from over seas built for them to assemble here so they can be sold for a higher price just to brake and
The left thumb toggle action started malfunctioning almost immediately after I received the thing, and the product's overall performance continued to degrade after that
about a week ago it started acting up,( losing connection without reason, turning off without reason, or losing functionality of joysticks for short periods) is there a way for me too send this back and get one which is fully functional, before this started happening I loved the product
Product works just as good as new for half the price would definitely recommend

Great controller for a cheap price
Works wonderfully and it's the best price I could find anywhere.
I have a blue and black theme in my room, so I ordered this controller to match the theme, it came at a great price, and works very well.
Good buy if you want a cheaper price (Or a model that is no longer available as why my case)
