My phone is the S5 model in the shimmering white and the semi-transparent feature of the case works outstandingly well with the white phone (*see photo attached*) but will definitely have a different, darker affect when used on the S5 in black (as shown on the item page).I would definitely recommend the purchase of this case.

It provides a great snug fit (which, to me, signifies that it will not pop off if the phone is dropped as I have found with some other cases) and it provides a very slim profile to the phone, fitting the S5 like a glove.
Does not for the Galaxy S5 very well.
