Bought this to give the computer a second VGA output but when I installed it, it took over the computer and disabled the primary VGA out on the main PCB

Minecraft and every other application ran great, while my other computer started to have the same issues as my new computer

I only purchased this to have dual monitor capabilities on my pretty cheap extra computer

I'm a carpenter, not a computer tech, but what would you blame?I wanted to like this inexpensive, passively cooled, one slot, small form factor video card, but it wreaked havoc with an otherwise stable computer

Very disappointed in this product as it nearly ruined my entire computer.
