Ordered the Yamaha with trepidation, and was completely surprised by how well this instrument is made, and the pleasant tone of all strings

The poor rating is for atrocious shipping that resulted in an unusable musical instrument because it was crushed in transit because of a flimsy box.

Very good instrument.

Grandson loved the Guitar and his teacher was very pleased with it as a great beginner instrument

At a Guitar Center, the guitar's voice was pleasant specially for an inexpensive instrument
