I included a few photos, showing that there seems to be a weld spot, and also, the bolt don't fall out as you can see in one of the images.
Other reviews made this bench seem very good, but we found it difficult to adjust (you have to remove the pin at the "X" and re-insert it in one of the 3 holes there), is narrow, the foam is hard, and it's easy to tip over.
