The only negative would be the outdated OSD and front panel display as well as the cluttered look of the front

those standards are bandwidth dependent, as far as passing them from source to display, and are inherently supported by any receiver or device that supports the HDMI 2.0 standard needed for 4K UHD video

I've leaned Denon receivers for many years, and I am still an unapologetic of their models that are manufactured in Japan; but there is a precipitous drop off when it comes to their more affordable models (largely out of China), and after the failure of not one, but two, 700Ws, I wanted to give the similarly outfitted Yamaha a try

No need to by "this year's model" as last year's model is perfect and saved me over $100.

Any streaming audio source like Spotify is synchronized with or without speed boost enabled.
