But everything else is working fine and on the photo, this is a big cup, it will take a good size cup or smaller.

Tested the Mr. Coffee warmer the same and after 1 hour the cup was too hot to keep my hand on it, and the water was warmer

If you put a hot cup of coffee on the mug warmer, it WILL cool down
