The POE capability not only simplifies my wiring but also means that my entire telephony solution is powered through my UPS.I will agree with others that the buttons on this phone are a bit small as compared with the Panasonic equivalent which I thought felt great in hand.
This is working with multiple Y22 phones and is as clear as the wired units.

Product is marginally workable though the buttons are too small and the feedback is clunky.
Bad product
It's certainly possible - but the fact that the issues started outside of the return/warranty period make me think the product just has flaws that haven't been addressed
It wasn't an anomaly, the replacement phone has an even WORSE battery life
Nevertheless the vendor has failed to resolve some significant problems with this unit including:Searching for the base after a number is dialed;Battery indicator is inaccurate; Only one soft beep when battery is exhausted and the handset shuts off
Not easy to upgrade firmware and the batteries are weak
There is ZERO support for these things, and the rechargeable batteries die very very quickly even if you purchase good batteries separately
The only reason why I knocked a star off of it is because the battery is very poor.
