Bought this for my niece for Christmas and the remote wouldn't stay paired, the scan code it came with wouldn't work, and when we did find a scan code that did work after googling it meant we had to use a device to look up the scan code and then scan it from the phone that we were using, once it said that the viewer was ready it stayed on a VR page and wouldn't let us select anything this product was a hot mess
