    Yuneec Typhoon H Pro with Intel RealSense Technology - 4K Collision Avoidance Hexacopter Drone, Carbon Fiber (YUNTYHBRUS)

    • I left DJI for lack of customer support, but at least my Phantom was solid while it was flying, they just didn't make the parts to repair their electronics.
    • This has been the most frustrating purchase of my life as well as the worst customer support I have ever experienced... and I had Comcast
    • like i said as of being and avid R/C hobbit for 30 yrs and to have parts availability and customer support are the 2 most important things i look for, as for as the aircraft, does exactly what you tell it to do and takes awesome vid and pics
    • i did a lot of research on drones and i have an extensive back ground in R/C,with that being said i have looked at pretty much all the big name brands and some of the not so name brands and after working on a drone for a friend and seeing how there was no customer support or parts support for that matter i chose Yuneec

    • Defective out of the box resulting in it spiraling downward out of control with no obstacles near it, very difficult experiences with customer support / tech to the point of it taking 3 days just to get to finally start talking about options, then told it would be weeks for repair

    • As with all new technologies, there have been some minor glitches, but Yuneec has been good about firmware updates and customer support
    • Don't bypass the Typhoon H, It is amazing as is the customer support from Yuneec.
