Works great as an erasable whi4te board.

We had to discard it as it is not a nice flat white dry erase board once it falls and folds up on itself.

I cleaned the door thoroughly before application

The markers that come with the boards are a little bit difficult to clean off of the board, you may try something with better quality and if you still see marks, a wet wipe cleans it well.

The magnetic surface is not strong enough to hold magnets!

The other reviews noted that you would need an extremely powerful magnet to stick to this board, and they are correct
