Zildjian's 20" K Custom Dark Ride has excellent stick definition with a dry, full-bodied stick sound. This cymbal also features dark, warm undertones, and can produce trashy crash qualities for accents.
It is such a great tool, however, it would not work well for heavy rock (which should be obvious), but signs great with jazz, light rock, and even a good funk groove.

At nearly $400 bucks they know the 15 year old didn't buy it, so they generally make their way to me going on and on about how awesome the sound is
and I knew I would love the sound
it washes really nice as crash and has that dark kinda sound when you use as a ride, the only downfall that doesnt work for me is that the bell isnt that bright like I like

The ride has a nice wash with little build, and the bell's ping cuts but doesn't overpower.
