What I love is it is a perfect crash/ride and often the only cymbal (except for hi-hats) that I set up for jazz and some acoustic blues

Zildjian describes this cymbal as dark and warm with trashy crash qualities.

However for jazz and blues it is truly beautiful and it crashes as well as some dedicated crash cymbals.

Moreover, while Zildjian's sound sample did impart a 'trashy crash', the cymbal I have does not have this quality in a pronounced way.
