Taste is super good chocolate, a bit bitter on its own because it’s pure, no additives

*however*, it also doesn't have a very rich, deep, chocolate flavor

It is chocolatey to a degree, but it's more "bitter" than "deeply chocolatey," if that makes sense, almost as if I'd made the food with entirely with dark chocolate powder

Only reason why I didn't give it 5star is that, because i purchased this to make dark chocolate, and it is much more "strong" in flavor, including bitterness, my dark chocolate ended up tasting too "raw" and too "strong(including bitterness)

The finer grind results in smoother drinks, unless you are making your hot chocolate the old fashion way by cooking it on the stove until dissolved; in that case the difference disappears

My initial response is that I found the Zint product to be lacking olfactory, as well as in taste, just bland
