I LOVE this cacao powder

Great Cacao Powder!

The cacao powder is very delicious and it has the perfect natural bitterness to it

It is chocolatey to a degree, but it's more "bitter" than "deeply chocolatey," if that makes sense, almost as if I'd made the food with entirely with dark chocolate powder

If you prefer the processed powders, which are often quite tasty, please enjoy, but understand that you are not comparing the same products and are certainly not getting the same nutrients.
