Battery life is not so hot- probably just under an hour on new AA

This camera is ok for shooting live music performances during the day, but nightshot video is horrible, the outlet cord is very short making it necessary for one to use a long extension cord for power, the battery life is morbid!!

The battery life is good for two or three 3 minute videos- Terrible!
