Good tuner included; I found it to be very accurate and easy to use (if you already have a tuner, then you can open up another slot!)5) Great price ... considering 50 effects, this thing costs no more than a single stompboxThe unit is pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it; however, I will say it takes some work to get a handle on everything and the manual isn't a great deal of help.

The Overdrives are not that good but with some tweeking you can get decent tones out of it

There's a world of options and effects you can use to get just the perfect tone you're looking for

Not the easiest thing to tweak on the fly, but not bad compared to other multi-FX units.

It's a lot to take in but this amazing device does a lot of amazing things for a hundred dollars.

For a loittle box it sounds fantastic and the ability to have more than one effect from it makes it great!

Have been gigging with it and love the ability to select the 3-4 patches I need for a set and easily switch between them.

You get so many good modulation effects y and others for just $99

I use it live and love the ability to switch between an acoustic guitar sound to a full-blown-exploding-ribcage-metal-mayhem with 1 (ONE) simple click, Great for such a small pedal.

So we talked it over with an amp geek and all around whiz as well as the SamAsh resident smart aleck

The good:amazing sounds, very compact and will fit your pedalboard -- it's the size of your regular Boss distortion

I configured half dozen patches I use regularly, and it's easy to dial them up on the fly

It would also appear that the patches available from this download are now the same as those on the MS-100BT, the Bluetooth model of this pedal

Assign shortcuts "A" and "B" to these 2 patches and switch between the rhythm and lead patches as needed

This is also a great addition to my guitar rig at our House of Prayer as well when I don't want to haul in a large amp and pedal board

I never had a noise gate on my board before so that has been a nice addition

This will be the best review I've ever written of something I ended up returning

The review before mine, well they should of known this pedal isn't the greatest for live venues

Some of the clean amp simulations are really good

So, while of course their simulations of some name brand pedals don't sound exactly like the real thing, for $1 each, you can audition them, use them once on that one thing where you think they need it, or decide that it sounds awful and never use it again

However, I commend Zoom on a really nicely designed and built product.

Time will tell how that works out.

This is subjective, but the overdrive/distortions and high-gain amp simulators still feel and sound very digital to my ears.7

And it's great stombox, I bought one last year and is my main "weapon" it has really great amp simulators, the distor is not the best but with a combination with a good amp you're done, so, you can't go wrong with this great innovating stompbox

Getting rid of noise created by some effects (too much effect/overdriven or pushing some amp sims or distortion OD's too far) requires use of the noise gate(s).You can use the direct out as a headphone amp too, and plug direct into a pair for practice, although it lacks some flair without an amp
