    • The app for the system definitely is not user friendly and needs improvements
    • Mobile app is a joke
    • The app however is terrible
    • I would have given 3-4 stars if the app functioned and 4-5 if the app was lean and intuitive
    • Also the android app (which I use) is pretty bad
    • Unfortunately, the app that is compatible with this system is buggy and glitchy
