The DVR system comes press to a lower resolution for a HDMI cable, so if u have a 1080 p or better tv, then you better find a 720 p tv to plug the HDMI cable into so you can see the screen to change the resolution.2.

Great product ,the cameras are very good ,but the ZOSI VIEW app is so so ,however , it definitely worth this price ,If I need ,I will purchase from this seller again ,their customer service is excellent !

When I connected one of the cameras to the 4 dongle power supply, it seems to dim once in a while and distort the video camera

This company ZOSI is a joke and I consider them selling this advertising remote viewing to be FRAUD!!
I did A LOT of digging and was able to find out that if you want WiFi to work with THIS system, you need to purchase the WiFi transmitter, there are two, that the company claims works with this system

On the actual unit all the cameras were viewing fine but the app is just really picky
The Secu365 app which works specifically with these cameras is utter crap
