love being able to playback video without the internet (the one I purchased came with a 1TB hard drive)

Live this system , easy to hook up, set up was easy and has a sharp vedeo image, hard drive last a long time.

I had someone break into my truck only to find that the hard drive in the unit was corrupted and did not record the event I needed it to.

Worked OK for a few months and then either the hard drive failed or the DVR unit failed but regardless it stopped working

Bought this system and had some problems to start with, no password woupd work and then the hard drive was not working.

Even if the hard drive hadn't taken a crap, the playback functionality on the system must have been designed by blind chimps (sorry to insult wildlife).
