He should also be able to play games like GTA 5 at high settings and Witcher 3 at decent settings as well (a bit of a cpu bottlenect there though)

It plays almost all current modern games and some on realy good settings

Fit in my 2 year old Asus pre built AMD 8310 machine with no problem and made it run my games like a champ

Even with the older CPU, (AMD Plano 3650 or something like that) it seems to run just about any game well with high graphics at 1080p resolution.

Most games obviously performed better on the GTX1050ti (and I'm not talking e-sport graphically weak games like Rocket League)

While, obviously, it's nowhere near the most powerful but it can still run a big chunk of modern games at high settings

if you want to play games like pubg then buy the gtx 1060 if you have the money

I set mine to very high, and enjoy a great game play experience

The games were Blizzard titles so not exactly the most difficult to run (Overwatch, World of Warcraft.)

works great even with a slightly underpowered processor vs. recommended specs on steam for modern games

FurMark is far more demanding than virtually any game, so this indicates that normal games should be highly stable

Works excellent for modern games at 60 FPS with high or very high settings although it seems to have issues when starting up

I bought this nearly a year ago as a budget GPU hoping it'd at least get me though the basics of what I'd do with it and maybe get a few modern games

It runs all modern games like Injustice 2 & Farcry5 at 60fps on 1080p (medium to high)

So far this is a great card that will catch you up to where you can play modern games at med to high settings

I can play battlefield 1 on the highest settings as well all my other games

This card is an amazing card capable of running your favorite games at High-Ultra 1080p 35-50 FPS.The card is very quiet and is also very small

this card works great in my PC with only 4g ram and 240w power supply no issues at all

The response time between mouse and keyboard were also got affected as I noticed the system is not reacting to mouse click as fast as when I didn't add this card and finally I noticed that the boot up time has become slower (for this last sign I think it might be the huge batch of software which come as utilities for this card caused the slow down because it stayed as a part of starting up
