Once Windows 10 is installed and has been updated, it will appear that windows 10 detected devices and installed drivers for the zbox, but I always get the required drivers from the manufacturers website, regardless of how much I like and trust a product
Its power supply is excellent quality (clean DC with very little electrical noise and steady voltage and current).The product performs well with its snappy yet low consumption CPU

The sound quality is so much better than regular audio out into the Marantz Amp
It's enough that it's annoying to anyone wanting great HD quality from streaming, and it's enough to make me give this only 3 stars (i'd give the Zotac 4).
It averaged around 75Mbps and sometimes peaked as high as 170, but it was not running as fast as it should and was not consistent

This thing seemed great to replace the desktop that was running it (for 2 years straight without fail) but it has been nothing

I use 8gb 1600ddr3l and 64gb ssd (just system, and i had a 4tb external hhd to data), i use as server with linux on this, and YES it need a fan if you don't like lag (i live in a /&%$ constant 30°C) without fan the temp can round about 50-60 °
(The fan is an AC Infinity S3, highly recommended, fit's perfectly on top)

I even was thinking of a small form factor, but I wouldn't have enough time to get the parts and assemble it before my dad had to leave, which is why we settled on this
Also, half the time when you 'Save & Exit', unlike every single other machine, it's not a guarantee that the machine will actually restart and do another POST, and it will just load ZOTAC's crappy BIOS back up
I bought two and they are not compatible with 4k TVs, half the time they boot into windows 10 the TVs lose the signals and you have to re-plug in the HDMI cable to make the TV re-detect it
Powered by a Quad Core Celeron N3150 only using 6 watts of power, the Zotac CI323nano impresses me every time I use it
Could not get the downloads onto the PC many times was unsuccessful

If the clock or date is incorrect, that may be a failed unit
The unit is passively cooled, and with the strongly reccommended SSD fitted is truly silent
finally determined unit was defective and told to return it to seller
Both units were difficult to install win 7 (with WMC) on - but that was something I new would take some effort- because of Win 7s lack of USB 3.0 native support.
The CPU and GPU performance are not great, but good for a passively cooled unit at this price point
