the ambiance was a better feature than newer verb processors

Some of the nice features of the Lunchbox include a headphone/DI out (perfect for when you want to run through the board), a speaker on/off switch, an Ambience knob (open-back cabinet simulation, sort of like a room reverb), and Speaker out (if you need to power a cabinet @ 200W).

Personally I love that feature because you can also use the phones jack as an output to a PA with the amp's internal speaker still active
