I haven't had the chance to use it continuously for a period of time, but so far it works as expected

Like that it shreds the paper in good small size and is not very noisy

Only downside is the small size that doesn't quite fill an entire trash bag with paper and you have to be very careful

We use a shredder for just household papers and this is a great size for our needs.

It is about the size of a small trash can with a thing on top of it (which it is.)The shredding unit seems very sturdy - the bin was good except for the fact that it may have (as it did with my unit) very sharp edges due to a poor molding job during manufacture

This one has been working very well with big home shredding jobs

I went through the directions on what to do if it doesn't work --outlet works, top on correctly etc.

it wouldn't cut two sheets it would jamb, we actually put some examples back in the box to show "somebody" this product doesn't work either as advertised....never even tried 6 sheets it was nasty

Shreds pages into tiny squares, about 5-8 at a time with no issue; trying 10+ at a time will jam the machine, but reversing will clear it

if you feed any more than 4 it slows down and sounds like it may stop chewing.. a good machine but not exactly as advertised.. it WILL chew up a CD, Credit Card of any thick paper or thing metal or plastic

I plug this in, go to put a piece of paper in it for the first time, the overheat light comes on and it doesn't shred
