But worse, writing with a proper dry erase marker, it is VERY difficult to erase...and in spite of best efforts, there is still a ghosting of the original letters.

We use wet erase markers instead of dry-erase to reduce the risk of accidental wipes, but this works perfect for our needs

Dry Erase just look like mud after two or three scenes and the only thing we found that cleans it is Formula 2000 car wax.
