I've gotten some fabulous pictures although indoor pictures with lower lighting get a little grainy.

If you have one and you don't want to loose the pictures or apps, then might I suggest that you should not download the update

This is a great item for low tech folks trying to get into a high tech world

What fell off was an item that needed to be soddered to the board.

I have since discovered from APPLE that this item is a fake, and cannot be repaired.

Very streamlined build quality, excellent battery life as long as you aren't watching endless Netflix episodes or similar, and an easy, pleasing user experience all the way around

The Ipad didn't last more than 18 months, enough to lose the guarantee...after spending that much, apple recognize only 200....really bad experience with the Ipad, plus the service at the Dadeland Mall Apple Store, is awful, you have to wait days to see a "geniuos"

As an electrical engineer I'm sickened by how Apple gouges millions of people by selling specially made sync cords when a cheap power cord is all a customer needs

No charger unfortunately, and the iPad was very dusty, and unclean, after cleaning it, found a very deep, mole-like​ scratch on its back, I could stand other minor scratches, but not that one

I'll cut the iPad slack in features, because I got a brand new model of the Galaxy, and the iPad was 4th generation, but they were practically the same price!!!In summary, if it weren't for the terrible glass and the faulty wi-fi, I would have given it five stars

My biggest issue however was the incredibly fragile and cheap glass on the iPad

She cracked the glass the first week but it still looks ok and functions beautifully.
