Aside from that i would recommend this to anyone in a loud vehicle that doesnt want to be over powered by background noise.

It has great audio output and keeps any background noise from being transmitted through the radio.

I use it on my base to cut out background noise such as tvs, radios and other distractions

I would have rated it higher if the first mike I received worked as well as the second, I bought this to replace a D104-M6 that picked up too much background noise, and it does reduce the background noise without sacrificing the audio level.

Its noise cancelling works great in preventing background noise, road noise, feedback and squeeeling

and it does not pick up the background noise like some other power mics I use.

Wanted this mic for a while and after damaging the cord on my CB i decided to order this one, The adjustable power on the mic is nice for powering through background noise, and im told its crisp and clear on the other end, considering my truck has not carpets with loud exhaust and knobby tires
