At this point I am faced with an at or above 33% equipment failure rate which makes a VERY unreliable phone system and an understandably unhappy customer.

The speakerphone is so bad that customers tell me I am constantly breaking up and not clear.

Gemini Industries has horrible customer service and if you have to contact by phone you will be transferred all over the place and on the phone for an hour with no resolve!!!!
