Many good features but would not purchase again because call recording inoperative when phone in use and because could not connect multiple lines and still have independent call recording

It works great and I love all the features it has.

Call Recording, Call Monitor, Call Whisper and Call Barge are other great features we use a lot

The features are great, the only bad aspect is when you try to use the speakerphone function, the mic is not very good at picking up your voice and you have to force yourself to face the mic and speak loudly in order to be heard by the other party.

One of the features that was important to me was setting different ring tones for the different phone lines so I can tell which line is ringing... nice feature

It is riduculous that AT&T would put out a product with so many great feature and overlook this

It does have many useful features.

This is a great product with lots of neat features.

It has many handy features that my old phones did not have - an extension for each phone (so we don't have to yell across the office at each other), transferring, etc

This is truly a disappointment because this phone has some really great features

Didn't have any problems and it has more than enough features for any office.

it's pretty much the same phone but some features are missing...again CALLER ID being the most important one to us.

But the most outstanding feature for me is the 32 auto dial memory positions...use it every day for most of my calls.

This phone has enough features that it's necessary to read the manual to figure out all of them

These things have some great features and essentially build a sort of PBX over your existing POTs lines without having to have a real PBX system which is nice if you need a couple of phones on the cheap

So, while the features might be theoretically nice, in practice we are still yelling down the hall to pick up the phone

It is full of great features and very easy to use

All other features are very good, but on speaker everything is garbled and intermittent at best.

Easy to install, great features, caller ID and decently priced.

Now that I have it connected, I don't have any issues with how the phone works and I like its features

But all other features appear to work find.

Caller ID is easy to see and the scroll for history is a nice feature.
