AVE17042 - Avery Durable Reference View Binder

    • The clear cover is great as well
    • The outside clear cover is fragile.
    • The covers are a little flimsy but the D-rings are large and stay firmly in place even while holding a full binder
    • Pro: very durable outer cover and very solid locking mechanism on three-ring binder
    • The plastic cover on the front looks like it'll stand against the test of time and won't rip
    • Bound in an attractive cover, this one is the go to binder for every job, small or large.
    • the clear view cover has squared corners allowing for a full coverage front insert page (a cheaper brand we've tried has rounded corners, so that the cover insert page had margins of binder showing on both sides of it, which doesn't look very professional).Cons:- binders are shipped as individual pieces in a large box, even when purchasing multiples of 12
    • The guys in the office only favored the ones in white with loose holes and flimsy back covers.
    • I definitely don't feel like the covers are going to rip or bend or split apart easily
    • Within three or four months of heavy use, expect the rings to break, the cover to rip off and the inside pockets to tear.
    • On the other hand, the binder does have the clear cover, so I inserted my textbook's cover on both sides
    • Despite what you may find with some other binders, the durable cover here is sure to protect you as you attempt to control all the youngish, sharp-tongued women in your life that you consider high-risk and the Bain of your existence

    • I definitely don't feel like the covers are going to rip or bend or split apart easily
    • My only compaint was that the covers or 3 of the 4 I received were scuffed or scratched, probably from rubbing together
    • The guys in the office only favored the ones in white with loose holes and flimsy back covers.
    • You can even put the picture of your favorite woman on the front, and she is sure to be secure with that translucent barrier aka as a protective cover.
    • HiI expected clean clear cover
    • Good notebook if you need a basic 3 ring binder, but the outer covering isn't very durable.
    • I gave it one star, however, as Amazon and Avery threw in a nice frilly lace binder cover at no extra charge.
    • The clear cover is a thinner perforated plastic that does not seem as durable as the clear cover was before
    • According to the label that comes inserted in the front clear cover, the "durable" binder has these features: "frequent use, holds more paper than round ring (this has d-rings installed on the inside back cover), smooth page turning, dividers won't stick out, and two interior pockets
    • The outside clear cover is fragile.
    • And since the cover is white (and also thanks to my former Governor in MA) there is no longer the stigma that is often associated with having a "black book".Sincerely,Sam
    • I do so wish the binders were covered in some sort of nice pretty, soft covering though as you know how we women like to have nice things that we normally can only get if we have a big strong man to help us.
    • THIS IS A GOOD QUALITY BINDER WITH A STURDY OUTSIDE COVER AND INSIDE LOCKING RINGS
    • Nice covers
    • Cover is very flimsy.

    • They tend to lose their appeal as they age and 2) you really need to get the ones with the added protective covering to prevent unwanted accidents from happening.
    • This black binder is large and has big capacity, but I don't like it for the reason that the cover is so cheap and plasticy.
    • Great basic durable binder cover.
    • I find its best to open and close this without a configured pneumatic press as it won't tear the vinyl wrapping or dent the cardboard cover
    • The covers are attractive and the plastic cover makes it very easy to slip in a title sheet on the front and/or on the spine
    • Having received three of these Avery Durable clear cover binders over the past few weeks, I can no longer remain silent.
    • The covers are so slick, stuff just rolls right off 'em
    • The durable cover and well-constructed three rings, allowed me to transfer all the data and addresses crammed into my worn out little black book, neatly organize my information for the first time since I left sixth grade, when Mary Furness did it for me after school one day
    • Thank God Obamacare covers pre-exsisting conditions!!
    • The covers are also pretty sturdy and have so far handled the amount of stuff I've put in them (around 175 page protectors stuffed with 1-4 glossy magazine pages each), which is very important since I'm using these binders as reference book resources and they will naturally get handled and used often
    • And it's pretty, shiny White cover is much less scary than the Black one.

    • Was bent in half and had grass in between the binder and clear cover.
