Other than the unreliability issue, these things are great for the home musician, and I've gigged with them multiple times as well (except for that one show where it blew up before we hit the stage...)

and I cannot comment on the "pro" quality of a device, but this thing is easy, sounds great, and provides enough inputs that I don't have to waste time disconnecting and reconnecting my gear.
