I've had good luck with Bic brand; erasers tend to be clean and the leads don't break readily.

I like the multiple colors on the pencils, the lead is durable when writing and the eraser works good, doesn't smear the writing like other erasers do, the pencil it's self is durable and doesn't hurt your fingers, good amount of lead in each pencil also
