On the 4th use the spring tension went out on the right side

Liked it at first, though it bounces around a little, but after about 3 uses one side lost its spring tension, so not impressed with the durability

My last unit had a release button which released the spring tension allowing easier insertion and removal of the phone.

Very happy!One suggestion: in both packages (we got two) there was a loose o-ring, and nothing in the instructions about where it should go
