This is a perfect unit for the professional office; however, this would not be ideal for a high volume print shop for example.
It arrived promptly, but it looks like it is a refurbished unit (the plastic cover on the punch has lots of scratches on it and the "Bostitch" lettering is worn.
The unit is sturdy and the construction is of good quality

It is easy to use and even though it only punches up to 12 pages, I think that is more than enough
