Very limited padding, but Im sure it will prove effective if the bag were to accidentally fall over (hopefully).Great gig bag if youre limited on funds, but for like 10-20 bucks more you could find something much more reliable in protecting your gear

bought it for my son's new fender malibu and it is a good fit, padded well, plenty of storage and the love the cool old flag print...great price for this item

It is sturdily built with modest padding but enough to take care of most guitars.
