    • Nothing about it is easy and after fruitless hours of trying to set up a WIRED network (I never even got to the point of trying to configure a wireless network), including worthless tech support from

    • (they farm out all of their "tech support" to the third-world).Why can't Microsoft or Dell or Intel or any of those big computer companies invent a computer that has: a built-in modem that includes high-speed wireless capabilities, a built-in high-speed router, a built-in digital network adapter, a built-in wireless bridge for Internet-enabled electronics like blu-rays, multiple ethernet ports, and multiple cable ports, multiple DSL/broadband ports, and multiple HDMI ports
    • They then tried to charge me for tech support again and took me through all the trouble shooting I had already done (everyone I spoke too was not fluent in the English language which made everything harder)
