I highly recommend this radio for those looking for a good 40 channel CB with weather band.

I like the channel 9-19 quick option, but I doubt if anyone is Monitoring 9 in my area; but I wish that every time I turned the unit on, it wouldn't be on 9

It has a bright channel display with LED meter lights instead of a needle, which means you can beat it up a little more without worrying about your needle getting stuck after a while.

This is my favorite CB as I am a professional driver and it has the ability to scan the 40 channels as well as dual watch 2 channels

The full channel scanning and DualWatch work great and to be such a compact unit with such a small speaker the audio sounds good

Then you wonder why the channel has gone so quiet and why nobody responds to your calls
