My hair is fine and mid length so size worked well .

The size is perfect and i like the adjustable temperature settings

I was a bit worried that it would be too thin and it was also kind of difficult to decide as there are so many different versions of this curling iron, but I think this is the perfect size if you have shorter to shoulder length hair that is more on the softer/thinner side of the spectrum.

I think a larger size, maybe 1.25 inch could be suitable for long hair
