    • The damn bracket stripped out and it does not fit correctly.
    • The mounting bracket instructions for changing from Intel to Ryzen tell you the wrong thing in regards to which direction to twist the retention bracket, so look out for that if you have issues removing that
    • Now that the problematic Intel bracket has been removed though, the AM4 bracket locks in and out of place very easily/smoothly, as I would expect the Intel one SHOULD have from the start
    • Tech support hung up on me and told me that the free bracket promotion was
    • Free AM4 bracket is promised in item description
    • I was building my new system with my young son and then we hit a wall when the brackets provided FAILED to fit the AM4 mounting config
    • I had an older version of this (the original h100i) that I always liked but the bracket on it was crap - and when I went to go install it on my new z170
    • Removal of the pre-installed bracket required me to PHYSICALLY BREAK the metal bracket
    • In order to get the Intel bracket off, you have to apply even pressure around the entire circular metal plate AND twist the bracket in a clockwise direction, and no matter what I did, there was some spot I was missing
    • You can't "suck" out the warm air from radiators as effectively as you can cool them by providing colder air for the heat to "radiate" off of
    • Other than that the product works as it should.
    • Listening closely with a stethoscope, I heard zero water flow pushing through the pump as well as I felt nothing flowing through the bottom hose
    • Works almost as well as my several hundred dollar closed loop setup
    • A little loud, but I cannot complain as when any volume is present I cannot hear it.
    • it is an amazing system to cool a
    • Unless you have some serious cash and don't mind the frustrating process of removing and reinstalling, as well as having to pay shipping without reimbursement to send this back to Corsair, then wait weeks until they send you a replacement, then avoid these Corsair coolers at all cost
    • Looks like Corsair has no QA and just pushes a sub par product out as fast as they can.
    • It works but it doesn't work as
    • Have been using my stock cooler as I am very cautious to buy another liquid cooler b/c of the cost and am not going to the trouble to send it
    • a CPU Fan error and the proccesor was 98 C
    • My i7 maintains a cool 45-50 C regardless of the load, even with prime 95 running the temperature does not increase
    • The cpu started overheating 90-100 c every time
    • Great solution instead of A/C, bought about 10 of these and placed them in various places on my body
    • a 6850k i7 CPU overclocked to 4.2 GHz and even under the heaviest loads (e.g., Mass Effect Andromeda with 'ultra' graphics settings, Prime95 on the torture test and AVX instructions _enabled_), the CPU never goes above 63 C, and typically idles around 30-35 C in a relatively warm room
    • They say ideal is 50 C, max sustained is 60 and you have a cooling problem if your cpu stays at 70 for long
    • My old air cooler had 18 C at idle and 25 C while browsing the web
    • So far it is keeping my 4790K in the mid to upper 20's idling at stock 4.0mhz
    • It worked on my 4790K for about 4 years and is working fine on my 8700K
    • I purchased this newer model to pair with an 8700K and wasn't really satisfied at all
    • n’t get butt hurt if it dies 2 years later.
    • Mounted in a Corsair 780T case - very easy to mount
